Ahmed is a qualified corporate lawyer and an Associate at Barakat Law Firm, where he advises startups and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. He provides strategic legal support and practical consultations, helping clients navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks and address operational and growth-related challenges.
Ahmed’s practice covers a comprehensive spectrum of corporate, commercial, and transactional work, including the drafting, review, and negotiation of SaaS, agency, distribution, supply, service, franchise, and employment agreements.
