Zeina is a Junior Associate at Barakat Law Firm, where she advises clients on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border business structuring. Before joining Barakat Law Firm she gained practical experience at top-tier corporations and reputable law firms, where she further developed her expertise in corporate and commercial law.

She has solid experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial and transactional documents, including service, partnership, distribution, franchise, sponsorship, employment, SaaS, investment, and events management agreements.

Zeina regularly advises clients across multiple industries on company incorporations, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic contract structuring. She works closely with governmental and regulatory authorities to ensure clients meet applicable licensing and compliance requirements and has been involved in the incorporation and structuring of companies across several jurisdictions.

Zeina graduated from Cairo University, Faculty of Law, English Section. She speaks English and Arabic.
