Aisha is a Junior Associate at Barakat Law Firm. She has strong experience in corporate law, contract drafting, and corporate transactions. Her expertise includes drafting and negotiating service agreements, employment agreements, NDAs, term sheets, SAFE notes, shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements, sponsorship agreements, and vendor agreements, as well as providing legal opinions. 

She advises clients across various industries on company incorporation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contract structuring. She also assists clients in selecting the appropriate jurisdiction or freezone for their operations and has hands-on experience organizing contracts for large-scale events and projects.

Aisha holds an LL.B. from Ain Shams University, English Section, and holds a L.L.M in Private and International Trade Law. She is fluent in Arabic and English.
